After the dinner, Bailli Délégué Jorgen Krenk invited the kitchen and service brigade to the
restaurant floor, where he and Echanson Jens Steffen Hansen gave a very positive appreciation of the
marvellous dishes and of the accompanying wines. Jens several times remarked that the wine pairings
were untraditional but very succesfull.
