Chaîne de Danemark has an excellent and long-lasting cooperation with Dansk Sommelier Forening (DSF).

 

Christian Aarø, chairman of DSF, is a board member in Chaîne des Rôtisseurs de Danemark with the rank of Echanson. As such, he is responsible for Chaîne's section for wine and crafted beverages L'Ordre Mondial des Gourmet Degustateurs (OMGD) in Danmark.

 

Every year, DSF arranges a Young Sommelier competition. Together with Chaîne is chosen, who from Denmark will participate in the competition Chaîne Jeunes Sommelier International.
