Dear Members of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs de Denmark, 

As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new, I am pleased to extend warm New Year's greetings to each and every one of you. 

We are grateful for the continued support and involvement of each and every one of you in our esteemed organization. It is through your dedication and passion for the culinary arts that we are able to promote excellence and camaraderie in the world of gastronomy.

Looking back on the past year, we are proud of the events and activities that we have organized and participated in. From gourmet dinners to wine tastings, we have been able to bring together members from all corners of Denmark to share in the joy of food and friendship.

As we move into the new year, we are excited to continue building upon these successes and creating new experiences for our members. We have a number of exciting events and initiatives in the works, and we hope that you will join us in embracing new culinary adventures.

We are confident that the new year will bring health, happiness, and prosperity to all of our members and their loved ones. Let's make it a year to remember, filled with delicious food, new friends, and unforgettable culinary experiences.
