Chaîne des Rôtisseurs

In Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the title of Chairman of the Board is Bailli Délégué.  This translates in such way, that the international Chairman of La Chaîne has delegated his authority to the head of each Bailliage (country).

In Denmark, La Chaîne was founded by Count C.C. Scavenius in 1956 as Bailli Délégué. Together with famous SAS Royal Hotel Director Alberto Kappenberger he headed Chaîne de Danemark for more that two decades until 1980.
